About Pebeo Star...
It shines, it shimmers, it sparkles, it's small pieces of glitter suspended in a transparent binder. Comes in an easy to use applicator tube. Line it on or smear it across the fabric.
How To Fix It...
Let it dry for at least an hour, then iron on reverse for two minutes... and go out and dazzle the world! Let air set for one week before washing (inside out) in cool water.
