Dealing With Damaged Goods Or Returns

Parcel Damage...
- We ship insured, so please examine your parcel carefully upon receipt and report any damage to us
within 5 days.
- If your order was damaged in shipment, do not sign as being received in good condition. Keep all
packing materials and contact us. We will notify the carrier of the problem.

Returns...
- We shall gladly substitute or replace defective merchandise.
- Please inspect your shipment carefully upon receipt as returned goods must be in original condition.
- Please note that parcels shipped in the winter are usually OK, but we do have some products that are
sensitive to freezing, so shipment of those products is your decision.
- Goods are not accepted for return without prior authorization.

For Non-defective "Oops" Returns...
- If you change your mind we'll try and help, all goods for return must be in their original condition.
- Please notify us within 5 days of receipt.
- For non-defective returns there is a 15% restocking charge to cover our costs.
- Sorry but we can't refund shipping charges or cut fabrics.
- Goods are not accepted for return without prior authorization.

- All returns must be sent via the Postal Service, shipping charges and insurance are your responsibility.
- We will issue a credit upon receipt of non-defective goods. Defective goods may be replaced or credited.
