How to Place an Order

 General Information...
- Mail order has been our specialty for the last 30 years, so has our fast, friendly service.
- We can usually get your parcel on its way the next business day.
- We have no minimum orders - we understand if you need it, you need it...and usually yesterday.

To Order Via e-mail...
|
|
|
- Enter the items you want to order and their price.
- Remember to give us the product name, colour numbers and size of each item.
- Include your name, daytime telephone number, a postal address and also a complete street address.
- Tell us how you want to pay - we accept Visa or Master card - or COD within Canada. You may phone in your Visa or Master card number or split the numbers into two separate e-mails. Please see Payment.
- Under special conditions we also accept Canadian cheques please see Payment.
- We will confirm receipt of your order via e-mail and confirm prices.
- And get your parcel on its way.!

To Order Via Fax...
|
|
|
- Write out the items you want to order and their price.
- Remember to give us the product name, colour numbers and size of each item.
- Include your fax number, a daytime phone number, your name, a postal address and also a complete street address.
- Tell us how you want to pay - we accept Visa or Master card, submit the card number, expiration date, name on the card and your signature for authorization. We also accept COD within Canada. To pay
via cheque please see Payment.
- We will confirm receipt or your order via fax and confirm prices.
- And get your parcel on its way!

- Our order number is 1-866-929-4440 or 604-929-4440 for local calls. These lines are answered between 10:30 AM and 5:00 PM Pacific Standard Time, same as 1:30 PM to 8:00 PM EST. Please see To Ask Advice for help, input and instructional advice. We love to help but can't do it on our order line.
