Methods of Payment

 GENERAL INFORMATION...
- Prices listed in our Catalogue are in Canadian funds.
- US equivalent is approximately minus 2 to 4 percent. Subject to daily fluctuations.
- For all Orders...We charge a nominal $3.50 boxing fee per package plus the actual cost of shipping.
- All orders are shipped prepaid, insured with proof of delivery.

THE TAX STORY...
- We hate to do it but we have to.
- All Canadian Provinces must have the 5% GST added.
- Except the Maritime Provinces which are subject to the 13% HST.
- Orders shipped out of Canada are GST and HST exempt.
- BC residents only are also charged the 7% PST.
- If you operate a business with a Provincial Tax exempt number, please submit your tax exempt certificate by fax or e-mail or
indicate we have it on file. You are not tax exempt if we do not have a copy of your certificate at the point of sale.

PAYMENT METHODS...
Visa or Master Card...
- Within Canada, USA and other countries.
- This is the easiest, the exchange rate is calculated automatically.
- You receive an itemized invoice with your order.
- Please fax (1-604-929-0252) with the card number, expiration date, the name on the card and include your signature for authorization.
COD Orders...
- Within Canada only.
- Canpar or Canada Post (Parcel Post, Expedited or Express) operate a COD service.
- Charge via post is an extra $6.00. Canpar delivers to your door for an extra $3.50.
- Orders must be paid by cash, certified cheque or money order.
Mail us a Cheque...
- Within Canada only.
- Send your cheque for the cost of the items plus the $3.50 boxing fee and applicable taxes to Opulence Silk & Dyes ltd., 1428 Roxbury Road, North Vancouver BC, V7G 1X7, Canada.
- Estimate the shipping cost by adding 10% of the total cost. We will charge you only for the actual cost and refund the difference.
- Sending a cheque works great only if you send enough $$$ to cover costs, we will advise you by mail, fax or e-mail if additional funds are required.
