About Phyll: My siblings and I were always drawn to imagination and creativity. I have worked and played with many mediums. I have painted on everything from paper to walls. When I discovered Sheryl some years ago I discovered painting on silk. I do love it, it is fascinating and some times challenging. I live in Tsawwassen by the Pacific Ocean on the West Coast of Canada. I do work by commission and usually have some paintings available that are not posted on the Opulence site. About Phyll & Opulence: The Opulence workshop/studio in North Van is truly an experience wrapped in a wealth of knowledge. Huge doors open [weather permitting} to a inspirational serene view of the Cove. Sheryl's world of silks opened a whole new realm to me. The workshop atmosphere is relaxed and comfortable, and before you know it you are completely absorbed by the fascinating world of dyes, colours, brushes, and silks....one simply does not want to leave...but if one must... to return time and again...... |
